The first community on the horizon, which is called Cotino, is in Rancho Mirage, California.
Located in the Coachella Valley, where Walt Disney had his own retreat, it will have 1,900 homes.
The entire community will be centered around a 24-acre oasis with a promenade area.
There will also be a beach area with water activities available to club members.
Disney will be working with expert real-estate developers and builders to bring Cotino to life.
If all goes well, plan to see more Disney-run residential communities popping up across the United States.
