Para una pieza, hizo un pajaro de vieiras, mejillones, almejas y colas de cangrejo. En otro, la melena de un leon fue creada con grandes conchas marinas rotas. Chan elige cuidadosamente las conchas para que coincidan con la apariencia del animal que esta creando. Me inspiran sus colores, texturas y formas e incluso las piezas rotas. Encuentro belleza en ellas. Mis esculturas estan inspiradas en los materiales que utilizo. He trabajado con arcilla, cera, metal, tela, etc....
